Returns Policy
If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a service and handling charge equal to 30 percent of the ticket price, up to 30 days prior to the conference date. No refunds will be given if your request is made less than 30 days prior to the conference date. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent by email at

The Disaster Preparedness Summit reserves the right to rescind any registration and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee.
